Sign-in and site storage

Shelfcanvas uses cookies for authentication and selected language. Browser storage also keeps working image settings, saved drafts, interface preferences and one-time welcome/confirmation markers so you can continue an action. These site features are separate from Plausible visitor analytics.

Blocking site cookies or clearing browser storage can sign you out or remove saved drafts and preferences. Third-party sign-in and hosted payment providers may use their own cookies when you use those services; their policies apply to those pages.

Plausible analytics

Our analytics vendor is Plausible. Its visitor analytics does not set analytics cookies or use persistent browser identifiers, as described in the Plausible Data Policy. Our tracker sends allowlisted page and product-event information, removes private URL details and referrers, and respects Do Not Track. Site-side temporary confirmation markers prevent repeated signup messages and are not Plausible tracking identifiers.

We do not describe advertising cookies, Google Analytics or a cookie-preference panel as part of this setup.

Duration and controls

Sign-in cookies follow the authentication session's expiry and may be refreshed while the session remains active. Language cookies keep your selected language. Session storage lasts for the browser session; local storage can remain until you clear it or the feature replaces or removes it. These storage lifetimes are separate from image availability and from account, support, payment and analytics record retention.
